Our clients must have complete confidence in the Club Travel HRG Management Team to be responsive, in control and fully empowered to make timely decisions that can avoid delays. The Account Management Team will ensure business plans are in place year on year to achieve maximum consolidation and control of your travel spend.

The Club Travel HRG Account Managers are trained to undertake all aspects of managed travel programmes. They have overall responsibility for the client contract, travel management plan and supplier management.

The Account Managers objective is to solve problems quickly and be able to influence suppliers by leveraging relationships that add value to our clients, as well as being a proactive, strategic partner that supports you in managing and mitigating commercial risks arising from travel activities.
